- Professional Experience
Mr Udo Oidtmann studied Dutch law and Notarial law at the University of Amsterdam
Mr Oidtmann worked eight years in a big law firm of lawyers and civil-law notaries in Amsterdam, initially in the general practice and later in the sector commercial real estate and corporative law.
After a very nice but short period as the only assistant-notary in a small office with just one notary in order to learn how to manage an office as notarial entrepreneur, he was appointed notary in the city of Helmond in the Netherlands.
In 2009, after having worked as a notary for almost twenty years he retired as senior-partner of the notary-office Oidtmann-Meijer-Dijkstra, an office that he had (co)build up and at the time existed of three civil-law notaries and twenty-five employees.
Meanwhile, since the year 2000 he had started a practice in legal advice and assistance of mostly Dutch and Belgian clients who bought and sold real estate in Spain.
Advice about last wills and inheritances with Spanish real estate involved also belong to his assessment as are partitions and ascriptions after divorces. .
